These terms and conditions govern the use of Fenice7 online ordering service for both in-store collection and deliveries. By placing an order through our website, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.

1. Ordering Process:

  • Orders can be placed through our website for both in-store collection and delivery.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including product unavailability or inaccuracies in pricing.

2. Payment:

  • Payment must be made in South African Rand (ZAR) at the time of placing the order.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and other specified methods as indicated on our website.
  • Prices are displayed in ZAR and are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Collection:

  • For in-store collection, orders must be picked up at the designated time slot chosen during the ordering process.
  • You are responsible for collecting your order within the specified time frame.
  • Late collection may result in compromised food quality, and we shall not be held liable for such instances.

4. Delivery:

  • Orders above R700 qualify for free delivery.
  • For orders under R700, a delivery fee of R30 will be charged for deliveries within a 15KM radius.
  • Delivery fees for distances exceeding 15KM will be calculated based on the distance and displayed during the ordering process.

5. Cancellations and Refunds:

  • Cancellations are permitted up to 24 hours before the scheduled collection or delivery time.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7 business days.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled collection or delivery time.

6. Quality and Liability:

  • We maintain high-quality standards for our products.
  • However, we do not guarantee suitability for specific dietary requirements or allergies.
  • We shall not be liable for any allergic reactions or health issues resulting from the consumption of our products.

7. Modifications:

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service offered on our website without prior notice.
  • Prices, descriptions, and availability of items are subject to change without notice.

8. Privacy:

  • Your privacy is important to us, and we handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law:
